Well I had a little melt down after the superbikes last week, came home to Ex's telling there in love with me still but wont come back and another telling me her new boyfriend just killed himself! Printer for my new business has been caught in a flood and is distroyed no insurance $1500 down the dunny etc etc.

So Red decideds to go for a ride puts some cash in his pocket loads the swag n a bag of clothes onto Betty(GPX600) and off i go! Started in shepparton at about lunch time ended up in jindabine for the first night (nice place to stay for all those going to AFR10) Second day pushed onto the coast n had a poke around Tathra, then off to stay in sydney for a few nights, still steaming about all the crap back home still have ex's ring in the middle of the night! Hmmmmm

Sorted Ex's put in there respective places time to go for another ride, Hmmmm raining oh well lol, off to Muswellbrook Via the back roads through cessnock nice ride but roads are a bit messy in places stopped due to flat tyre 30ks out of town sorted with a quick patch (tyre on it's last legs anyhow ) Up in the morning still pissing down bald tyre n no one with what i want ! well off in the rain to ballina via armidale then through the hills to grafton (what a great place to ride guys n gals !) just dont do it on a bald tyre in the rain lol.

Finished up staying in ballina and picking up a new tyre (the old one was starting to show canvas by then lol, tue was time to go home so power ride down the coast to sydney then inland down the hume to shep non stop except for petrol n maccas lol 8:30 am left ballina arived home at 1 am stuck resonably to the speed limit on the way home. Sorry for the lack of photos I did get a few nice ones on the phone but its not talking with the laptop they had a fight i think lol i will endevor to get them talking again and pop a few up for you.

Yes it was a very nice ride, the first 4 to 5 hours on the way home the seat had fucking big teath lol but after that the caulouses
must have developed ! I must say riding on a very bald tyre though the hills with it absoulutley pissing down is a great way to clear your mind , every time i went around a resonable bend and went up onto the side of the tyre to some tread you had confidence b ut comming back down n winding on the power was fun , sort of like riding a 300 hp bike without traction control in the dry lol Or belting around town in my old drag car as long as you were on the ball 100% all was good but if you dropped concentration for a second look out its a long way down or thats a big tree lol. Things are still al pear shaped down here in my head lol but at least I know i can deal with it again if it all gets a little to much. Being an Ex mental health worker doesnt help when your own brain decides its time to have a melt down lol.

It's amazing how theroputic ,(someone can correct my spelling later) a good ride can be. I've been having a bit of a shit time lately, but just by riding the 30k's to work and back on Friday I felt a hell of a lot better.
