smells like a con job about to happen, I've seen US copyright companies try and sue aussie companies for using their logo but the aussie company claimed they have been using logo and name for years............I say we hunt him down and beat him.

Yeah, I think you're going to get grief there, you better get yourself to some legal aid or something, in the meantime, try sosmotorcycleretrieve.com it's not used at the moment and would only cost around $10 a year to have that domain name, the logo would have to be changed, but since you have the ORIGINAL should be no problem... seek legal advice....

well Si designed the logo and as far as i know his stuff is copyrighted [my company name has been registered with the Australian business register since sept 2009..and the logo has been in use since june 2009 on all my marketing gear ...i will seek legal advice or not as soon as i hear from Simon
