Hey guys, anybody know of someone good in Sydney who can knock up a spacer for my front wheel to replace the speedo drive?

Any one with a lathe and half and idea of how to use it should be able to knock one up. I got one of the apprentices at work to make me one for the GS wheel and one for the RGV wheel. Just gave him the the speedo drive and a lump of 80mm alloy bar. Took a couple of hours but they're spot on.

I just use the speedo drive on the Blade.

Just disconnected the cable.

usually you can gut them. I know of a few people that did this on race bikes.

Why didn't I think of that...

Yep, this bike is beccoming a race bike, so after light weight and less rolling resistance... Gotta do something to make up for my lack of ability... :D
