Suspension Set-up

Been thinking about having a play with the suspension of the R1 for a while to see if I can improve it anymore without spending money.

Now I know bugger all about doing this as I have never done it before, so decided to have a look on the inter-web to see what I could find. Found 2 links which seem quite good so decided to share them with you. There might be some slight discrepancies between one and the other, but they pretty much say the same things.
