just finished my track/racebike conversion to the gixxer, and done my 1st trackday since all the work yesterday.... all mods done by me :D

yosh rearsets,
hotbodies racing glass
painted in suzuki pearl yellow/saturn black by me
stickers were done with the help of tim from superbikesupply.com.au
R1 calipers
self made quickshifter
self made engine case sliders
09 GSXR 1000 rear shock
09 GSXR 600 forks
made dog bones to raise rear ride height 25mm
made the exhaust hanger bracket


got some other things i want to do....but will update once done.

PS. check the tyre wear after a session of 1:22/23's :D bikes handling well!

Looks good mate, will have to get out for a spin around with you, it will be good to see you out at Warwick, a real track with out the flat boring aspect of QR ;)

That is a very nice looking bike indeed! Obviously your race class up there doesn't require standard forks/shock/brakes... :)
Hopefully you have a ball on it. I think you'll be amazed when you start to lean on some slicks, coming off road tyres!!!

You are right there, it requires a complete brain realignment.
Mind you, I think going to full wets from intermediates is a bigger eye opener.

sure,

cos im no longer using a side stand, i took its wires and connected them to an inverting relay, took a power from the battery to the pass switch then to the relay's trigger coil. works a treat, however im going to investigate a quicker relay to drop the kill time down.

look forward to getting slicks, but will have to track down a spare set of rims for wets first, till then i'll run my road based tyres.... but strongly considering going to the dunlop gpr 11's
