I've been browsing your forum for a while now. I have a CB1300 that I'm trying to 'fighter, but am currently a little lost.

Anyway. Just saying G'day.

Gidday, and welcome. have you removed the massive cannon that hangs off the right side yet? A mate of mine owns one of these and says they are a great bike, but everybody keeps putting their rubbish in the can!!
Somewhere on this site is a great shot of a smaller mufflered ceebee13, looks like a great place to start.........

I want to remove the nose cone, run those speed triple looking headlights, somehow fit the tail off a Fireblade and get a digidash. Then somehow update to a better swingarm and turbo charge the motor. The engine will be a piece of piss, the swing arm is going to be something harder I think.

I have the Scorpion exhaust and the braided lines and Michi' CT2 and on their way from the good people at Beringer, upgraded brakes so the big bitch will stop. But, the cosmetics I got no idea how I'm going to do it.

Do you think it would be possible to run the Triple Clamp and Forks off a 'Blade?

Welcome aboard mate, if there's one thing I've learnt in my time here, it's that anything can be fitted to any bike. It all depends on how much mucking around you are prepared to do.

Budda, the only man to make a CB1300 look like a pocket bike.

Blade, VFR, VTR, VTRSP1 (not SP2) and F3+ CBR600s all share steeringhead dimensions, so my guess is that the Blade triples will go right into your CB1300. You'll need to check fork/ride height though as the Blade forks are shorter than VFR forks. The CBR929/954 top triple is a 'gullwing' design and you can make up some height using it, I'm pretty sure you can get riser clamps to suit its shape.

Where are you located? Welcome from another newbie.
