gsxr 1100 subframe tips

Hey all,hints on a subframe conversion for a 89 gsxr1100,what would be the best late model subframe to fit,thinking maybe r6 gsxr600 or fitting a late model cowl to existing frame ect cheers.

Cut off the sub frame and weld on mounting points for what ever bolt on subbie you feel you like the best.
