Welcome Glen, why don't you make some risers yourself and use the clamp you have on it?

i would have a crack at it but i cant weld aluminium and im kinda hoping to get it sorted out by weekend and get bike back on the road, just thought a yoke swap might be a easy way to do it

Welcome aboard, good to see another GSX, bandit top clamp won't fit. I drilled my RF 600 top clamp and fitted risers.

Oh, the risers are from M.C.S. about $40 a pair. Any shop should be able to get them.
