hey guys, i am looking at a business proposal involving hydraulic hoses and fittings and was wondering if anyone works for or runs a business involved with them so i can get more of an idea in the industry.
Thanks,
Marc

If it's a franchise deal, talk to a current operator.

Tip from someone who worked for Enzed for six months...

Something to look at too. I was building exploration drill rigs and we bought straight from Ryco even though there is an exclusive Ryco distributor in the area. The company I worked for has since sent the rig production to china but they were under cutting the Exclusive distributor by 100's of thousands a year. We would typically have $18k-$35k of waste hose per rig and in 2008 we made 46 rigs.

I'm not sure what your looking at but there are questions that will need to be asked.

What else do you need to know, I may be able to help with some of it.
