heya guys, am chasing a cylinder head for a 83 cb 250 rs, single cyl, also need carb manifold and LH exhaust header.

I think the motor has something in common with one of the XL's or XR's ?
I know the 500 go's in with minor tweek's.

The XR500 swap is apparently very straight forward, you know you need to do it

We did unfortunately, I think they sold 7 of them

the rs, xl and xr only differ in cams and gear boxes, and as tony said an xr or xl 500 goes straight in with some minor work. ive seen a few cheap 500s on ebay of late.
