Hi guys, just found the site, hoping to get some inspiration for my 750 Kat, its in need of a resto. Thinking about replacing the original pop-up headlight fairing with one of those trick bug looking headlight surrounds you see in the mags. Tipp'n I'll look at buying an 1100 Kat at some stage in the near future.

Personally I wouldn't be swapping out the pop up light unless it was wrecked. Kats are a iconic bike and love'm or hate'm the 750 pop up is part of that line up. Obvisiously at the end of the day it's up to you, but I wouldn't be changing it.

Welcome WaZ, Love the pop ups, if you want to fighter that period of bike buy a gsx 11 or a 750 esd. The esd is basically the same bike with different fairings and a lot cheaper (around $1500). Here's some I prepaired earlier.
