Alloy Box section

Can anyone tell me if you can buy alloy box section in the same dimensions as 89/90/91 GSXR swingarms? I went to the local alloy place a few weeks ago and they wernt very helpful.

Which one mate? The guys I use in Molendinar are really helpful. I get all my shit there.

Used the alloy place at Nerang next to the sex shop.

I can't rememeber what it's called but go towards Ernest, get to ONE STEEL and turn left and then right. They are on the crescent about half way round and have loads of off cuts and give good advice. Then when you want it welded I'll tell you where to go for that as well.

good luck....I tried a few years back to get extruded box section alloy to make my own swingarm (like JMC) and they told me no one in Australia produces that type of alloy box section......WTF?????

I told them there has to be someone but they wheren't very helpful.... i gave up and bought one from the UK. Hope u have better luck.

Greig at MPE in brisbane has that stuff.

I'ts even got the rounded edge to it.
