I have a 3 spoke 954 wheel to fit to my RRW 918 Blade. 954 has 25mm I/D bearings, 918 has 20mm bearings. This must have been done before. Do I change the bearings and spacers or machine the swingarm and buy spindle, spacers and caliper carrier. Haven't got much money for machining.

Might have to space out the 954 discs if you were to use them. Here's the measurements of the discs..

954
Diameter 330mm
Offset 11.5mm
Centre hole 94mm

918
Diameter 310
Offset 21.5mm
Centre hole 62mm

Not sure about the bearings..

Cheers mate, sorry I shoulda said it's the back wheel I need help with, I got a complete 929 front end. Is that offset right on the 918 or is it 11.5mm?

Mate do yourself a favour and get on the RRZone web site, it's dedicated to blades and blades only. Thats where you will definatly get your answer answered.

Oh and by the way don't get on there and say you have a "918" you will get the shit beaten out of you.;)
