hi im new here so i apologise for asking what is no doubt a simple question to some but this is my first bike, ive always just played with toranas. i bought this bike off a certain second hand motorcycle dealer whom i better not mention but lets just say he is in the hackham area in SA, any way ive had nothing but trouble with this bike, i bought it with a supposed reconditioned motor that seized at 500kms, the second one, which i was some how talked into paying for just the materials to have it rebuilt spat a valve at 100kms, the third rebuilt although was done for free and after me firing up and telling him to find whats causing this, and later finding out i had a partially blocked oil gallery and the cog off the oil pump was missing 5 teeth has just seized at 940kms, ive decided no matter what isnt going back to the same "mechanic", so im gonna look at it myself, i certainly couldnt do any worse, lol. so ive removed the motor and im looking inside it to find the fault although a few friends have suggested its probably the nylon bush behind the kick starter disintergrating and seizing it, so what i want to know is how the hell do i remove the fly wheel so i can get into the rest of the motor, ive removed the clutch plates and bolt behind that but still cant get the damn thing off. all help suggestions greatly aappreciated
