Does anyone know if the new liquid cooled B12 engine is an updated version of the oil cooled motor or is it a totally new engine just made to look like the GSXR donk ?

Completely new engine. 1250 (or there abouts) not 1200, EFI, liquid cooled, vertically stacked gearbox shafts, but centre cam chain to reatin the clean exterior look.

Now then mr Suzuki why the fuck did you not fit a usd front end to the new bandit would cost fuck all seeing as usd front ends have been around for fuggin years now.
If by chance mr Suzuki you see this change the front end before the bike is released and your production lines will be working flat out to keep up with demand.

The 1250 Bandit is identical to the last of the 1200's (the "new" 1200 that came out this year with new frame/forks/swingarm/shock/
bodywork......)

But, a valid point all the same. Anyways, just means there is some room for customising - would spoil all the fun otherwise...
