yeah, at big day out we were in the boiler room for 2 hours
then came out for fresh air and they had fenced off the 2 main areas
we went and asked one of the cops "WTF is this shit!"
then turned around to go back into the boiler room since we couldnt go anywhere else only to be locked out with hundreds of other pissed off peoples
had the option of watching them outside on a screen, but fuck that!

cunts did the same thing at stereosonic, blocked off the room that the bloody beetroots were playing in 45minutes before they started with a line of cops

most fucked up thing about that was, we were in that hall earlier and it had fuck all ventilation and was steamy as (on the 35C+ day). and they werent letting people OUT
apparently the bloody beetroots did a short set and from my experience on stage (its normally about 10 degrees hotter on the stage) would have gone and passed out from heat exhaustion

happens again at big day out this year im hitting them up for a refund ;)

They sure did! I didnt make it there but had a heap of mates that were refused admission to the beetroots, there was nearly a riot from what i heard! Know another guy that made it in... had to go in there about n hr before they started their set but rekoned it was mind blowingly good! I'd love to see em!
