Write off check

This may be a noob question but i was working on my frame today and realised i dont know anything about its history ie whether its recorded as a statutory or repairable writeoff. Is there a check i can do to find out what kind of troubles i will have when it comes time to register?

I just had a look at it and they say they can tell you if your vehicle is on a Write-Off register as well if it's owing any finance.
