ok this is chunks bike which he bought of OZ750L (dave) we have been taking it pretty slow on the build but this is what he has done so far ......on the weekend we dropped in to kevkatanas place to sort out some tuning probs and once kev worked his motor magic he got to take it for a spin and i am shattered cos he pulloed a ripper 2nd gear wheelie but me and my shit camera skills missed it if you squint you can see him just starting to pop it up and best of all kev even celebrated his awsome tuning skills with a victory skid cheers for your help kev randal is fucking stoked:D

its got 150 mains 32.5 pilots and gsxr1100 needles and emulsion tubes with mixture screw 2and a half turns out oh and k & n pods mate and i think the front is off a 90 model gsxr

This ^^^ with stock 36's?
Reading on the tuning of short strokers (although thin on the ground) seems split between keeping airbox with a k&n replacement filter and using pods with stage blah jet kits.
I'm thinking the former for mine at next change, I really couldn't use more top end but these engines could always use more low down I think.

yeah mate we used the stock 36's and its still not perfect but it pretty close we are about to try some bandit needles cos they are a bit fatter than the gixxa ones btw all the credit goes to Kevkatana for this it had me stumped for ages and a trip to kevs and he brings out his box of carb parts and we just kept swapping a changing till we got it right
