Anyone know who makes fork covers for gsxr's cant seem to find a distributer any where, was going to make them myself but cant be fucked.

I ended up getting some made at work, there's very little info out there on them. We used a 60mm diameter pnuematic cylinder and machined the inside to fit my RGV forks. I can post up some pics if you are interested.

Mine are a 3 piece unit, I have pushed the fork legs down 35mm, to raise the front back to standard height as the rgv forks are shorter than the stock item. As you can see from the different surface finishes, the top two pieces were machined from a billet and the bottom piece is a cast tube. I plan to paint them the same color as the frame and have a strip of LEDs for indicators to fit into the slot machined into the top parts. I'll take a few more pics over the next couple of days, as I plan to disassemble the front end and paint it all.

Not sure, I'll weight them when I pull it all. The RGV frontend is heaps heavier than the GS standard
