View Full Version : smallest head/fog lights to find?

hi all, looking for the smallest lensed optics possible. 15 to 30mm diameter would be perfect, even less? wonderful! any ideas, links, just dont offer laser points :D
the smallest iv found r 2.25" dia, i like'em but wood luv em if smaller [:I]

High intensity 10mm Led ? Anything that small isn't really going to give much light tho.

yup thanks Ben, id luv to use advantages of leds. if they give enough light to be used as at least low beam light?

if not be E marked doesn't bother you how about getting a couple of mag lights and stealing the lense off them and machining up some rear covers.

Edit: i just found these from an Aus electronic suplier

the bit on the right is a luxeon led replacement for a AA size maglight the bit on the left is the switch for it i think.

plastic lenses? [:0] nah, i was thinkin about using some market-available lenses, but they'r not heat treated or something, so auto lenses should be used, i guess... and they must be of small dia ;)

thanks Jay_G for helping anyway! maybe theres some divers mag lights with a good glass lense in it? on the other hand, divers mag lights aint small at all[B)]
