Very nick mr milkman, it took me a while to realise the rim stripe doesn't run all the way round. Pretty sweet mate.

hahaha yeah i tripped out when i first saw it.. i was like which dickhead only put half on lol camera does nothing for the colour... makes it look pink/orange :(

EDIT: just realised its an 09. Only ridden the older model's 1000's.

I didnt pick it up brand new... it's done 4600k's, apparently an ex honda execs bike and stock except for new tyres and brakes and a carbon tank guard thing and fuel cap cover.
They reckon the 09's are pretty good as far as oil goes, only the earlyish 08's that had dramas, but i'll be keeping an eye on it anyway!
Put 100k's on it tonight.. and so far very impressed. Very lively bike, handles like crazy and goes like a cut cat. All the good ingredients. Havent had the abs kick in yet (well i dont think so, they reckon you barely notice it anyway) but will be a handy feature to have in the rain/gravel in the hills etc.

Once I get some more k's on it i'll let you all know what i think, but at this stage i'm stoked! :D

I had a crack at the combined ABS on thee things and I have to say I think it's pretty bloody handy. I tried it in the wet, first at the rear then with a full handful of front brakes and a little prayer. But all you get is twitch, twitch, twitch and it fucking just STOPS. I was blown away by how fast they can stop in the wet and on gravel.

ABS was a repugnant idea to me before I gave it a fistful, now I have to say it's got my respect. The CABS system is designed to make it hard to stoppie, though, and I didn't test that. Anti-stoppie electronics can go get fucked.

yeah i dont mind the look of the taylormade zorsts, but have heard they are a pain in the ass (noisy) after a while and make you loose a bit of grunt... hmmm.. see what happens i guess ;) have you got your r77 yet rod?
