ok so considering a tail chop for the bandit, question is do you guys think about how the geometry is changed or just go for what looks best?

i dont want it to be a pig to ride after the mod as that would be kind of useless.

feel free to post pics of good looking tails on mk1 bandits.

Nothing looks bad on a bandit ! Rods job was a simple bolt on job and piss easy by all accounts. Harrys Banbusa looks the goods and Gitzy stuck a Buell job on his, looks the shiz too. Theres a few to check out for the mo. (Mine looks good too I reckon).

i was considering the monster arse until harry and gitzy both decided to go down that path. so no im looking at other options.
though this is less a question about looks and more about the changed handling at this stage.

All depend what you're running as a front end. Gitzy posted up some specs on fork lengths etc. Mine is running busa front end with jacked up (38mm) swinga and R1 tail, (No chop) and handles well.

me and Harry went the monster route, i love how it looks and its also comfy.. not LAZYBOY LOUNGE comfy like the bandit stocker but comfy.. my seat unit is actually off the blue bandit you can see here..

I have to say i have always loved the photochop Cruisecontrol did of the Speed Triple tail on the bandit... But seen as though i own a street triple i was happy with just one british beeeehind.. now im sporting an italian ass.. :D

I like the Zed Butt of those, it's more in keeping with the curves of the rest of the bike and doesn't try and turn into something it's not

ok a random question, what do you guys search for on ebay when it comes to complete subframes with plastics? tried a few things and not a whole lot comes up. do other parts of the world call them something else?
