running stock air filter and headers with Yoshi pipe.

Fitted dynojet kit and followed thier guidelines as follows

96 main jets
needles on 4th from bottom
mixtures 3.5 turns from bottom
floats 11-11.5 mm

large dead spot through mid range so dropped needles 1 clip position and getting better.

Question: at the moment when on full throttle:D the bike runs a little rough and as you close the throttle she clears out and pulls hard. I think the mains might be too large, what are your thoughts?

G'day dazz - don't know about your settings, but if dropping the needles improves it, you're running rich. I'd try smaller mains and see how it goes.
It's all trial and error without a dyno / gas analyser, though.

I would do a bit of fiddling with the mixture screws first.

I am running a stage 3 dynojet kit on my '03 Bandit. I followed their settings but it still needed a bit of adjustment to get the best out of it. Also, if you haven't already, balance the carbs.
