2001 Cr swing arm

HEy guys, do any of you know how to remove a 2001 CR swing arm?
It wont bash out and there dosent seem to be a threaded rode through it?

for that age its proly jus seized in there.

might be a long process to remove, bashing it will only make problems worse. You need to modify a harmonic banabcer fuller off a car, use heaps of inox or wd40 and keep pressure on it till it moves, you can also try a bit of heat. Best of luck they are a prick to get out when seized in.
