Fairings
All fastening brackets
Headlights
Forward indicators
Instrument cluster
Rear Brake reservoir
Stock Clip on's
Mirrors
Rear mud flap
Part Relocation:
Radiator Overflow (to under rear Ducktail)
Oil cooler (now Behind forks)
Re-Route control cables to cater for Fat Bars
Lowered forks 20mm to suit 37mm Bar risers
Ignition switch to under left side of frame
Installation:
Braided Radiator Hoses (Left and Right)
Braided Oil Cooler Hoses
Billet rear brake reservoir
Acewell digital 3969 Speedo
Renthal 1 1/8" FatBars
37mm 1 1/8" Risers
Aztec8 Twin headlights
RatedR Forward Arrow indicators
Bar end mirrors
Grips
Electrical:
Forward wiring loom - (under tank)
Rectifier now within frame
Cylinder 2&4 Ignition coils behind forward frame
Re route Headlight Wiring and connectors
Re route forward indicators and connectors
Fuse box under seat
Trickle charge connected
Engineering:
Fabrication of Speedo bracket to suit Acewell speedo
Modification to air box to allow room for wiring loom
Fabrication of Ignition Switch Cradle
Build new Throttle & Choke cables to allow length with new bars
Oil Cooler bracket
General:
Clean and Polish of Engine and parts
Polished Radiator Ends
Service of Oil
Service of Air Filter
Service of Plugs
Service of Petrol Filter
Heat proof Matte Black paint on Headers
Satin Black paint on Sub Frame
To Do:
Radiator Protector
Fabricate Bracket for Headlights (get rid of the fork mount type)
Paint Tank, Tail and Guard - Matte Black
Powdercoated/Polished Rims Gold
CBR600RR Subframe & Ducktail
Billet Polished Triple Clamps
Polish Brake/Clutch reservoirs
Big Bore Cylinders
Re Jet Carbs
Powdercoat center stand
