things have changed, I remember when they had to catch you to book you. Sure beats the camers lol.

hahaha. now instead of helpin the 2 girls(1 in the cart)across the road, they'd fine the kids and the kart confiscated for not being road worthy lol.

come to think about it - they left out the part about beating black people.!
