Hey fellas,

Im in need of a guru lathe operator etc to assist in making a spacer for a particular project. I am no good drawing, but hopefully I can explain it clear enough below to have the spacer made as I require. Im happy to send a few dollars to the assisterer to compensate them in the way of bear tokens if required.

Spacer is as follows:

a) Spacer is to be made from a 48mm diameter solid rod (in a material thats capable of being mated to an aluminium frame/swingarm).
b) Spacer will have a central hole with a diameter of 20mm
c) The actual spacer will have a length of 35mm.
d) On one end, the spacer will need to be narrowed to a diameter of 25mm for a distance of 8mm.
e) On the other end the spacer will need to be narrowed to 25mm for a distance of 2-3mm.

If someone is a guru enough to make a drawing of the above info, feel free to do so and I can check on how it looks prior to organising confirmation of assisting lathe operator.

Thanks heaps fellas.

That would be sensational. I have a little while to get this done as still chasing a part or two still. Drop me a line if you need any more info mate.

Thanks again.
