WTB: Cheapie registered bike

Hey guys, probably a long shot but thought I'd give it a go. I'm after a cheap registered bike, anything will do really. Preferably <$1000, the cheaper the better as long as it runs and is registered. Just need to get to work and back, less than 20km round trip.
If not I'll have to drag my arse off and cycle to work...

christ i sold a blue slipped [no rego] 91 GN250 for $1700 a few months back and that was cheap
