Guys I am new to your forum as I am an ADV Rider but my son who rides a streetfighter CBR954RR had a bad crash on the Gateway Highway on 11/11 here in Brisbane. His bike had only minor damage but my son has ended up a paraplegic. I hope you guys understand my position that I need to fix up his bike and sell it to get him the money to help fund his new lifestyle. So I will be chasing a few spares and finally selling his bike. I certainly don't wish to bring a downer on you guys as I still ride and have many accidents myself.
If your numbers up your number is up whether you ar riding a bike, riding or horse or any of the other things that can give you a spinal injury. James was a much better rider than me it was just unlucky. Anyway hope you guys will welcome me and let me sort his bike as soon as possible.

It won't let me post on the marketplace until I post 10 times so if you guys have any leads I am after the following to get the bike up for sale.
CBR 954RR rear light, chain guard front and rear, vapor or acewell speedo.
My aim is to get it reregistered to try and get the best money for him. I have already got new front forks and top / bottom triples as well as head bearings front fender and rear tail fairing so it is looking pretty good already.

The bike is finally finished.
James is breaking all records with his recovery, he was allowed a day out xmas day and New years Eve he made it to South Bank celebrations in Brisbane and proposed to his girlfriend on stage at one of the pubs to much applause and then mono'd down the ramp in his wheelchair to more applause.
He did well as she said yes and he made it on the train to a hotel overnight to CELEBRATE !!
Starts driving lessons with hand control soon and maybe unleashed on the world at the end of the month.
You wouldn't think there was anything wrong with him sitting on the couch except for the pressure socks.
Thanks for the best wishes.
