the part which i found most interesting was that out of the x amount of booking he had done only 2 have repeat offended in the last couple of years. for the majority it is having to pay any fine makes them think twice not so much the size of the fine.

with the ever increasing amount of speed cameras and the constantly upgraded technology in police radars etc, it must be speed causing all the deaths. Surely the state government has their finger on the pulse when it come to these things, otherwise it could be seen as a revenue raising exercise to line the pockets of the politions, and that would be just wrong.
