damages repairables in the UK

my brother inlaw is in the UK and after a project bike and i figured i'd ask the ex-pats on ere. i got my old bike from www.hbc.co.uk but there used to be plenty of other of auction sites there but i no longer have them in my bookmars.

any advice out there?
