Hey all, im still getting on here from time to time, but im working away a lot, so no toy run for me this year!
Being away so much has made it a little hard to get EFFIE on the road, in fact the Engine is built, but most of the rest of her is in the paint shop, i have a couple of days home over xmas then im on the road again....one day this comming year she will be finished! :)

Could go on the Busa but i wont be home for a week after the run anyways.

Hope you all enjoy it!!

geesexar, i am so trying to, but my job is demanding and takes a lot of my time! :)

Im pretty motivated to have her back on the streets as she used to be quite a head turner, this time around she will be even better, and faster!!
in the meantime, the Busa does the trick! ;)

geesexar, do i know you?? :)

geesexar
23-11-2009, 08:02 PM

A pic of her last dummy up before dismantling for the last time prior to painting, not quite a true representation of how she will look but a bit of an idea never the less!

It was good going up early and missing the the main run, checking things out and chatting to people before the band came on and made conversation too bloody hard. I think I'd rather they didnt have the band on until about 2pm. We took off pretty early, was feeling a bit crap again, sorry we didn't hang about. Was brilliant to catch up with you guys Ken and Wayne, and Hutch too. cheers

Good to see some of your ugly faces again (kezza excluded from that comment as I here ozzie women can throw punches a long way like 13000 miles)
Ere you lot I thought the grass would have been all brown and dusty by now.
I remember Handorf was a german settlement originally ? nice place to visit and ride too
