Can anyone recommend (ideally a Vic based) custom helmet painter?

Unfortunately I think the extra $$$ over eg. AGV TiTech tattoo will be better spent on makin the Mighty Hornet go faster/upgrading the Mighty Hornet.

Contacted Matt from AirXtreme Art (first picture at top) and he had this to say in his return email:

"I can supply you with both the helmets & paint schemes. I would be able to offer you a discount on both if putting in a bulk order.

Prices start at $500 for a graphic based design with the Character wraparounds like Predator, The Goblin etc starting at $1000. The price really depends on the detail the customer required.

I’ve attached a couple of pics of our latest lids & as you can see by the website (http://www.airxtremeart.com) we specialise in helmet painting but we also custom paint bikes & would like to get a bit more work in that area. My personal style is towards street fighter bike art like large cartoon style characters [dragon ball Z, Spiderman etc.] over the bodywork.

If you are interested in getting some bikes also done then let me know as we could maybe do a contra deal where I do your bike for half price & you bring me a few of your mates."

I had this HELL MUT done bout 8 years ago(& still looks good) by a local guy in Brookvale called Dave Brown 0412 161 630 it cost me $500, he came up with the design & drew it up on paper first.He's a very talented bloke & he'll paint anything.

All the painting is done here, he has done a lot more than just those helmets some of them are pretty wild.Those photos don,t do much for em.
He does a lot with movie sets and disney stuff, he has a licence to use their characters... They sent him to Euro Disney to do all the air brushing when they built the joint he was there for about 6 months. He also builds wierd mechanical shit for movies, like 20ft round R.C spiders he also did work on that 40ft model titanic they used to make the film....Bit of a GURU all round...
I Know him through some work he did on some hot rods that are in our club...!
