Did you get the idiot light extra bit? Motosign Mini or whatever it's called?

Also did you get the bracket that came with it? Or how did you mount it?

I'm leaning towards the Motomini now.. extra $$ but looks awesome.. might just mount it flush on top of the triple or something..

Big fan of Acewell myself. I think you need idiot lights for road worthy too. Could be bull shitting, check with someone smarter ! The Mini is way cool tho.

Considering the Motodash Mini + the Motosign Mini (extra idiot light piece), just can't find pics of the Motosign Mini..

Not sure whether to get the included bracket, or come up with something different..

Found a pic.. I likey. I reckon i'll buy them without the bracket and mount them on top of the triple or something..

Is the guy from AUSFR still on here? Do we get discounts? ;)

I bought mine without the idiot lights, bought the bracket as well but after I chopped it up to use it I figured I could have jst as easily made my own which would have been heaps cheaper too!
Dunno if Stu kicks it around these parts anymore, havnt heard from in ages...
Good luck!

Cheers, just bought the Mini, minus idiot-lights/bracket.. i'll come up with something for the bracket. Only idiot light I really need is my fuel light, since storms don't have reserve! I'll just wire up an LED somewhere.

Yes you can. Earlier ZX6 & ZX7 sensors have the correct range & Im sure theres others that would work too.

Might have to come visit you soon Ben to see about some brackets for the V-Rod light + the Mini dash.. i've got a pretty specific idea of how I want them both mounted so ebay brackets won't quite do it..

I'm also interested in this, When I get the time/cash to sort these bars out on the zx9 I wan't to know what would involve the least amount of fucking around when it comes to these things.

So far my zx9 is the only bike I'v seen with a fuel guage, so I'm curious to know (probably been answered before) what is involved with making the acewell units work properly with the output range the senders have (fuel, temp, oil) and wether the motomini thingomajigs are any better/easier.

Well I ordered the Motomini but now got an email from AusFR saying it'll be delayed around 4 weeks due to it being "in manufacture".. wtf?

Yeah just wasn't expecting that long of a wait.. could've got one from Ebay or something if i'd known. Might have to find a temporary dash for now.

Hooked the bandit up straight from the stock wiring loom. Got a multi conector, spliced all relvent wires in and bob yer uncle. Only things I had to mess with were the tacho cycles and speedo. Dialed in the speedo by using my GPS taped to the tank to check accuracy. Bit stone age but it works for us non mathematical types.
