Apart from the drawings, it's not that hard to do. Even us throttle jockeys can does it! :D

You can do it with other stuff too or even act out yourself while in the shed (there's a challenge for anyone).

Work out a routine of what yer gonna do beforehand, because once you start you can't stop unless you edit, then set up yer camera and record.
Now go through your routine in a very very slow motion ie. pretend you're walking on the moon.
Then you speed up the footage in an editing program to make it look like normal speed but it'll have the unnatural jerkiness about it.
Experiment until you master the speed and timing of your motions to get the desired effect.

This is a typical horror movie technique ala the young girl in The Ring.
