I hope someone out there can help me i have a 2003 ZX636 streetfighter im just about finished .but there is something wrong every time i put it in gear it cuts out with the STAND UP[?][?][?][?]

the sensor is fucked?! neutral sensor working?

sounds like the stand switch to me. Check if it is making contact when stand is up

i pulled out my test light i have earth but no power

side sand switches dont have power they are just a link in the circuit between starter switch,clutch switch etc.

put a loop in the plug ,um not the switch end (did i need to say that?)

suggested that to a mate once and the fuckin idiot did it his problem was short legs and struggling to reach the floor at traffic lights

if de wright is french for be right , then yep, twist em together and forget about the side stand forever, unless of course u happen to start it in gear and it crashes to the floor.

My ZX9 had a (dodgy) cut out switch on the clutch perch which played up - might be a good idea to bypass that one as well while you're at it.
