mini project for fools run - SV650

gday folks..a new project begins as the other draws to a close.

widowmakers just about done, just tuning, detailing, and blingy bits to go... all money stuff really, and with xmas about.. im not keen on blowing all my money right now lol.

anyways...

here we go.. project... er... watever lol.. im sure one of you lot can name it appropiately.

its an 01 sv650s

i have here.. a zx6r front and rear end, and subframe/tail plastics.. heres the front...

i have organised a 666 front fairing and fender. its on its way to me.

also, i plan on making a belly pan (with shaynes assistance.. he dosnt know this yet :P) that shall look somewhat like this...

i'll powdercoat the chassis satin black. methinks..

oh and... both bikes shall be done, pack onto a trailer for fools run :D no licence means i'll be in a car.. and my old man has so graciously offered to drive me in the wagon, so looks like the qld group have a support car already lol.

same here, the SV was originally designed as a 680cc for a single make race series by Yoshi for Suzuki, just FYI

unfortunatley... all the offences i got (25pt worth!) were officer issued, not only that, the baulk of them (18!!) came in 15 min of each other, one involving 160kmph in a 100 zone, so more then 40 over.. instant loss for 6 months :O

however, all the others then pile up and now i am walking till august, aw well, more time building less time riding (i shall be doing a shite load of trackdays :D )

LARGE: nope the old man is a 2 pot screamer... 2 beers and he is beyond trashed.. its quite amusing to watch actually.

and yes of course the sv shapes up well.. i wouldnt bother S/F it now would i [:P] tho i may upset a few when i say im keeping the zx6 clipons on :D
