Looks Cool to me.

Why does every one expect to see a Duke in normal boring guise , and Red.

Great expression of your build.

While I wouldn't do it like that myself, MASSIVE props for doing something totally different.. way too much same-same shit around lately.

Is that your own work mate or did someone else do the work to your specs? Build quality looks A1.

Looks good, and obviously alot of effort. I would like to have seen more of the beautiful engine than the big air scoop personnaly. Welcome to the house. Have you got some build pics?

Hey Guys,
Thanks for all the feedback. This bike either has people wanting to kill me or praise me. This started because of my love for Ducati motorcycles. I came across a wrecked 916 and it started from there. I didn’t want to make a Harley look alike and I know the paint is cruiser like but if you look closely at the bike you will see I kept and added many Ducati & race inspired parts. Like Olins R&T forks, Penske Rear Shock, It has a steering stabilizer, I kept the rear single sided swing arm. I didn’t put a huge tire on the back, it's a 190. It's got Discacciati six piston front calipers and the stock Brembo caliper in the rear. The original 916 engine had internal problems so I swapped in a 944 engine from a 2000 Ducati ST2. This is not a Monster frame. The frame is a one off custom. It’s not a stock frame that was bent or stretched. It’s made from 1.25” diameter chromoly tube. The only thing stock on the frame is the neck. The fuel tank was split and widened to fit all the electronics under it. The frame, fuel tank, wiring and handle bars, rear sets and exhaust were done by Mark Savory at Motocreations. I took the stock 916 tail and modified it and integrated the brake lights and blinkers in the tail. I also fabricated the lower fairing. It is made from round tube with a .040 Steel skin. It has a Gemo top gun front fender. It has a Motogadget Speedo and Tach. The bike only weights 305lbs and moves out pretty good. I painted the Base color on the bike and Peter Weber custom paint did the airbrushing. There are so many more mods I could go on forever. Thanks again for the feedback I do realize it’s not for everyone but its 3 years of work that I’m very proud of. I am a huge fan of your Streetfighters and hope in the next year to start building one of my own. Here are some additional pictures for those of you who asked.
Thanks Ricky

Cant wait to see your Fighter ,from all the ribbing you were given in here you seem to me to be not typically American (no offense meant)with your imagination and a thick skin your new Fighter will be mind blowing.
Keep us all posted.
