i,m trying to plan out my mods for my zx10 without rushing in for a friggin change and was wondering what you guys thought of the way your bikes are handling.i dont feel confident without putting a lot on the front so i want to try and do the mods without losing to much weight bias,but shit i like to do wheelies to. thanks.

I've had an EXUP FZR1000 with renthanls and like your ZX10 their long and heavy so even without all the plastics there's no handling issues, in fact your kwaka may handle a little better with some of the weight gone and the xtra leverage the bars provide.

Not as good as an EXUP but less of a barge for a ZX10 !!
and I got all the road tests of the day which say so too! LOL!

a new ZX10? okay just looked it up , fuck is that gunna look ugly with no plastic! lol!

can't comment on how it would upset kwaka's perfectly balanced package but I doubt it would end up any worse than their GP bike...................

If your that worried about it run more ride hieght in the rear to compensate and load the front up more.

you'll find when you take all the shit off you'll have to whind some pre load out of the front any way.

Just do your static/rider sag again and set the suspension up as a fighter and you should be fine.

You do know what all those twisty things and what they do are on the forks and rear shock and resivour don't you?:D;)

Rode the 99 gsxr naked to 199 mph on a loose surface,absolutely no handling issues compared to faired i think the only thing you have to be aware of is your body is influenced by the wind more and thats whats controlling the bars,maybe at worst crank up the steering damper a click or 2
