k1 gixxer frames and motors

ok all you knowledgable peoples out there a question for you

I would like to know which other motor fits into the k1 gsxr 750 chassis

I know it is either the 600 OR the 1000 but cant for the life of me know which one it is any help would be greatfull

It'll be the 1000. The first gen 1000s are just a bored and stroked 750, and the frames are basically the same as well.

Busa motors fit with a bit of work.... Ask NTB..

Yeh the 1000 motor up until the K5/6 one. They changed the engine mounts up on the cylinder head
