Hey all, just signed up as planning on going down the S/fighter route for my next bike. I am planning on doing a GS500, for a number of reasons including a) I've lost my licence too many times already b) there is no chance in hell of my missus letting me buy another sportsbike on the basis of "cheap transport" and c) they are cheap as hell and will do 100,000k's! Worked for a large bike chain in Brisbane for 6 years and now work as an aircraft engineer. Colour of choice is matt black!!!

there are a few gs500 fighters around the best examples are icemans turbo gs500 and jim knopf's fuckin wild gs500 oh and welcome to the madness mate

Welcome.. another Ex-GS500 owner here, keen to see what you end up doing to it. Mine was nowhere near as awesome/wild as the above linked ones though!
