Lets hope I have it this time. After having mainly dirt bikes it is time for me to hit the tarmac (not literally I hope ). I have just recently purchased a Trumpy Sprint 955i ST 2004 and it needs to become nude. The fairings are gone and it has the twin bug eyes but thats where it stops. I need to find where in Oz ( AUSFR looks the goods so far ) where I can get fat bars, top yolk and if I need longer cables. Other cosmetic bits and pieces will follow.

Welcome mate, I've got a Craft helmet, definately try one on before purchasing because alot of heads aren't suitable. A couple of my mates' can't get one to fit comfortably no matter what size they try.

For anything unusual go to RHD on Casey St, Bruce is into modified bikes, can source almost anything and will service your Trumpy.

I don't know of anyone who wears a Craft..thought about gettin one meself plenty of times.

I'm ex the Ville and no one I know of up there stocks them. I don't think too many places here in Oz carry them.

I think google will be your best friend in relation to finding them in Oz.

Thanx for the replies guys. Have recieved an e-mail from Stu at AUSFR and jobs on. Just have a few things on at work so going away for a month and a half ( engineer on an army boat so we are going looking for boaties off Darwin ) Lots of fishing to be done. I love my job. When I figure out how to do photos will give you some before pics.

This is what I have so far. Next is to get the yoke or maybe even drill existing yoke for risers and get those fatties on there.

Looks good! Reminds me a bit of Hinckley Triumph's first Street Triple, which was a pretty brutal affair. A high pipe to set off that SSS and wheel is the go.

(we're ahead of the game here with our bikes, Skins - most of these blokes have got SSS envy :D )

Any tips on hiding the wiring under the headlight on this thing or is it just trial and error. It is a shit storm at the moment.

Any ideas on what I can do in regards to a radiator shroud. Should i make one from scratch or does anyone know of something similiar ( speed triple, street triple ) that I could alter or would maybe fit on.

Mate, I grew up in Maitland, parents bought a house in Karuah when i was 10. Lived there till i was about 18. Moved to Raymond Terrace, then Sydney for three years. Back to Merewether. Played league for Raymond Terrace for about 10 years and then joned the Army and thats why I am in Brownsville. I see your from Thornton. I met my old man last xmas ( long story ), he lived at Wololong ( Morpeth way ) and his old girl lived at Thornton. Nice and quiet.

the army huh ! i was in tha army to joined in 88 started at 7MD norcom plant troop based at larakeyeh ,then to 35 FER at mt isa then down to 5fer at pentith left in 97 or 98 cant remember, loved every min of it our unit built the taxi way for the b52 bomber that was donated to the AHSNT "aviation historical socioty of the northern territory". man that was fun .
went to darwin high and used to street race on berrimah road in my hq monaro ,do burnouts on stokes hill wharf "till they turned it into a food joint.
ah memories !! the drags was the place to be in the 80's and 90's great racers like knocker renfry in the underdog ,derek sperer, scott"get it right "white on his kwaka and he was sponcerd by one of the local brothel's ,you had the genral,miss piggy,bad news, man those were the days.
oh and the iced coffee my mate greg still sends it down to me when he remembers.
