im doing exactly the same thing to my GSX1100 at the moment.

my bike was shootin flames out just off idle.

dropping the pilots back to 32.5 ( thanks for the info J7/11).

not sure what motor you got to run 145 mains.
145’s sound big, but if you’re getting good top end power then must be OK.

I was going to start out at 125 I thnk this is std 1100 setting
, currently there are 117.5m but I reckon these are too small (off the 750).
