Have seen a few of these pop up of late:

And I'm wondering if they would actually work? Haven't Honda got that HISS security thing with their ignitions?

If these things DO work, it would sure make for some cheap fighter projects from the auctions....[:p]

Any thoughts??

mmm not sure if they would work or not but if you were after a cheap project just do what large done and buy a computer from the states i reckon he payed about $300 for that from memory and that got rid of the hiss shit

Yeah - but these things are only $70 shipped. And sometimes you don't get keys with auction write-off bikes. Anyway, just a thought....

I paid 360 delivered for ecu and full wiring harness from a place called Spencer Cycles in septopia

Those kits are just the switch and wont override the hiss system which is controlled by the ecu and picks up a signal from an aerial around the key
