so this is the unfinnished project I bought for $500. Has been on fire so it has a new loom to go in it but only just got my ignition leads cos it didnt come with any. still got to work out what colour wire goes where on the coils. have standard coils and some dyna coils but I think I will start with the standard ones first. I want to make sure this thing goes before I do any more on the fabrication. The bloke before me cut up the subframe so I am not sure how that will pass rego if I get it welded up any way other than stock. I love that it has no tail but it will be a bit of work to figure out how I will fit and hide all the electronics that usualy hides under the seat

this is how the subframe is ment to go and if I fill in around it will cover the electronics

I intend to lengthen the hugger to make up for the lack of mud guard. Want to mount the plate and lights straight on the back of the seat and have as little tail as possible.

looks far better this way but dont know where to hide stuff.

your going to have to make up a small under tray for the electric's mate...look's like you have enough room there,as for the battrie have a look at the gel battrie's,(used in R6's ect i think) there a bit smaller and i dont think they have to stand up like acid type battrie's,could be wrong but sus it out..will save some space mate ! good luck with it :)

This was my old bike, caught fire on it first ride.

Good luck with it mate. If I was you I would be replacing those tyres before riding it, they are over a year old now of just sitting around, most likely starting to go hard.

Shame the exhaust was cut up as it sounded sweet before. Ran well too.
A problem worn out wire in the original loom was what caused the fire.

Braided brake lines on the front are brand new ones.

In some ways I wish I never sold it.

I look forward to seeing it get built.

Spot on with the gel batteries. Thet are usually smaller and can be positioned sideways mate
