Not much news to report... I did pick up a set of rear sets off flea-bay which turned up yeterday tho! I'l have to get a new mounting plate made to suit the mounting holes, but thats not too difficult! Anyway, here's a couple of pics! Enjoy! :D

Yeh mate, nearly all buttoned up... He's comin round 2morrow to finish it off. All thats left is to hook up the coils & the headlight feed n i should be able to do a test start! I'v also had a couple of bits n pieces turn up, but my camera is out of batteries (figures!) so no pics till probably this arvo!

Finally got my rearset plates back (after a fuckin 2 month wait) n they were wrong again! [}:)] After a 3rd attempt they looked like they should work so, parting with $120 of my hard earned, I took em home only to find out they still were not right! SO... I got the shits n took to them with my trusty angle grinder! [^] It was the only way I was ever gonna get em to work coz the guys that made em honestly jst did not give a shit! I wont be goin there again thats for damn sure...

Well now, I have been a busy boy lately trying to get this thing back on the road! Waiting on a heli coil kit for the front brake master, once that is done n the lines are bled it'l b ready to ride! Oh... might need a chain too! Other than that, I had some baffles put in my exhaust to shut it up a tad. Its still farken loud but its taken the edge off it which is nice...

I also thought i'd get creative n try n make a belly pan 4 it! I had the idea a while ago of making one with an 02/03 R1 tail so it'd match the rest of the lines of the bike. I managed to score a damaged one from a reckers for $70, so out came the dremel. I chopped it in half n offered it up, looks the dogs bollox IMO!

All the tabs to mount it to the frame are glued on the inside with some kind of automotive adhesive I got off a mate, he assures me it'l hold! Here's hoping!
