I really like the way the buells look. i think they are very tasty.
how fast is greased weasel shite btw?
speaking of shite, i know someone in the US who has a bandit and some ducati thing, who hit a buzzard taking off from some road kill and got covered in two types of entrails and also lots of buzzard shite. ugh.

Yeah I think for me Buels got me into streetfighters. I saw a Buell years ago in Darwin and thought "damn I like the style, shame its a harley" Then when I saw my first fighter I realised I had already seen what I liked and it was the styling. Id own a Buel if I could afford one lol.
Nice machine man Welcome!
Wonder if you could wedge a Gixxer motor into it?
:D

I wouldn't own a Harley co's they are too slow and dont handle at all well for me.
These Buell bikes using Harley engines that have been tuned to make worth while bhp do they still vibrate and rattle about like the Harley's .
Are Buell owned by Harley or is Buell it's own company that uses Harley engines and looks to be producing pretty decent bikes.
Billy the bike is screaming out for a underseat exhaust system so ya can chuck that pig ugly system thats on there now
:D

Mate you sound like a Harley owner!
its about having 2 wheels and cutting and chopping not about what engine's in it,
yes they throb,
but shit do they corner

Hey Billywhizz, I saw a Buell at the Kwinana street meet last night, first time I've heard one getting nailed proper.
It sounded bloody great !
He was cranking out mid 12's which was allright I guess, but he seemed to be using the rev limiter for a shift indicator a few times so he may have been able to do better with a few more runs.
Can you do me a favour and take some pics close up of the headlight mounting and general arrangement ?
I'm still looking to change my headight set up for something that doesn't scream "cop bait" and doesn't use those crap down lights.

Yes they do go faster than people think, i ran a 11.6 on mine a week ago, its engine is std apart from pipe & filter.

That's pretty good going Pommie, what sort of power are you dragging out of the old girl ? Must be around 90 or so then ?
My 105hp bandit got 11.34. But that's with me on it, which is the same as having two normal people.
And yes mate, nice spread in the magazine too.
Very sparky.

Hey Billy, how long before she's back on the road ?
The weather is coming good and I am hoping to have my old nail on the road within four weeks (seems like fucking forever already)so maybe it's time the Perth boys thought about meeting up.
A wednesday night street meet at Kwinana would be pretty awesome at some stage too.
