How old are they, how long have they been sitting?

I recently priced a brand new set of JE for around the same coin, pins, rings, the lot in whatever bore size I like.

YES, NEW, IN BOX, I have priced custom built kits from the les known names, I have been quoted over the G. I would only use Arias or Wiseco.
