A motorcyclist has been killed on the Bells Line of Road in the NSW Blue Mountains, with authorities warning the road will be closed for several hours.
The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) said the accident occurred 10 kilometres west of the Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens with emergency service crews now on site.
All lanes are closed in both directions and are expected to remain that way for several hours, the RTA website says.
Westbound traffic can travel as far as the Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens, while those heading east are advised to use the Darling Causeway.
