Ok a bit of an update, I rang the Alpine Hotel and made a tentative booking for 12. The large share room doesn't exist anymore, however; They have twin share rooms for $85 per night so for everyone that works out to $42.50 per night or $85 for the weekend. I'm going to ring him back on Friday to put down a deposit.

Ok, I booked 10 twin share rooms fot the 13th and 14th of November so that covers 20 of us. If there is more of us going I can easily book more rooms. There is parking in the rear for the bikes and Jim's van also, don't worry your truck should fit as well Weasel old mate. For Saturday night they have offered to provide a dinner for us with a set menu, and there will be a live act for entertainment. Once I get the proposed menu sent to me I will post it up so everyone can decide. Thought it would be cool after a days riding if all we have to worry about is drinks. Hope I have covered everything. Any questions shoot away.
